The LESS/MORE Model™ · Vector 4 · Labour
Work more. Make less.
More hours was never the answer. The ceiling is architectural, and so is the way through it.
01 · The extraction
Information overload at work. The brain was not designed for information-age processing volume. The result: seventy-hour weeks, burnout, and the persistent illusion that working harder solves what is actually an architecture problem.
The answer is not a better system for managing work. It is a workforce that holds the machine-grade work, so the founder works only at decision altitude.
02 · The reversal
Time spent is a cost. Value generated is the result. A week is judged by what it produced, never by how long it lasted.
Every recurring duty can have an owner that is not you. The decision cannot. Hand away the first so you can give everything to the second.
Production repeats yesterday’s work. Generation gives the market what it needs, wants and desires, at the right time, place and price. Only the second outgrows its maker.
03 · The name
Labour extraction runs every working day. Each week lived under the old ceiling is a week that does not come back. So the name carries NOW, as capital’s does, and no other vector’s.
04 · The instrument
WORKFORCYX is an autonomous digital workforce organized like a firm: offices, jobs with written instructions, every recurring duty scheduled. It is built so your hours go to the work only you can do, and the firm keeps producing value while you are away from it.
How WORKFORCYX gives your time back →WORKFORCYX is in build. The principle is not.
05 · The family
The LESS/MORE Model™ reverses one extraction per vector. Every name is two verbs, and no verb is used twice.
